I'm excited to share that I'll be appearing in a play throughout the month of September. Stop Kiss is a heartbreakingly beautiful play set in New York City in the 90s but going on in the Connecticut countryside in just a few weeks :). It's directed by Marla Manning and written by Diana Son. Tucked into the hills of Ridgefield, the Ridgefield Theater Barn is itself a special place to visit, an adorable slice of Americana, a little red barn framed by a backdrop of forested slopes and farms. The Barn is located a few blocks behind Ridgefield's quaint take on Main Street America, and you can also read the New York Times take on Ridgefield's quaint "upscale Americana" here. The Barn all by itself offers an intimate, warm experience for theater-goers and with lots of great restaurants in the area (I recommend Bailey's Backyard because of its focus on using locally-grown produce and ethically-pastured and raised animals), it's a fantastic day trip from New York City!
